**Job Title** Purchasing Administrator **Location** St. Louis, MO ** Job Description** Asynchrony Labs, a division World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator. This administrative position will support purchasing, travel, scheduling and other various administrative tasks for this high-growth division within World Wide Technology. This person will be responsible for following procedures and utilizing resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual who will provide exceptional customer service, and be a "team player." **Qualifications** The Purchasing Administrator will provide administrative support to an existing team; including but not limited to the following: + Procurement lead for Asynchrony Labs division on IT equipment and office supplies, ensuring proper approvals + Assist booking and managing travel for current and prospective employees + Manage and reconcile invoicing for IT purchasing and travel as well as partner with Accounts Payable to reconcile any discrepancies + Evaluate supplier relationships and negotiate contract terms + Manage the purchasing, receiving of new or reallocated technology + Manage and track inventory of assets through our tracking software in ServiceNow + Work with manufacturers regarding warranty repair + Recycle deprecated equipment + Manage mobile device services (APEX), including ordering, support, and ticket creation through the AT&T Partner Exchange support portal. + Assist with mobile device management tasks + Other miscellaneous administrative duties **The following knowledge skills and attributes are required:** + **·** Ability to work in a dynamic environment, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task + Excellent time management skills; with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency + Must be able to communicate effectively with the team, customers, end-users, and stakeholders; through excellent oral and written skills + Must have excellent organizational skills + Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude + Proficient experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) + Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision + Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to work with all levels of management, internally and externally + Some experience in a similar or related role **The following knowledge skills and attributes are preferred:** + College degree preferred, but not required + Two or more years' experience in a similar role **Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled** **Worksite Location:** 900 Spruce Street, St. Louis 63102 |
