+ Strong project management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

+ Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time

The Partner Manager resides within the Business Development team and interacts directly with Technology Partner, WWT Account Managers, Global Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development Operations.

The Partner Manager will manage one or more technology partners, a specific vertical market and or a specific partner program that is consistent with the WWT go-to-market strategy.

This person will work closely with the WWT Sales and Global Engineering teams in order drive the awareness, enablement, growth and profitability of the assigned partner's solutions. Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities Include:

Continuous collaboration with the Global Engineering, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams

Understand short/long term goals of Partner Strategy; analyze success/completion of each goal

Understand and communicate overall requirements & expectations of Partner (KPI's, Metrics, Activities, etc.) to:

+ Each role/individual team (Sales, Marketing, Global Engineering)

+ Overall Internal & External team (WWT + Partner)

+ Management (WWT)

Ownership and Assurance of Scope and Direction of Partner Strategy

Drive and Track completion/action on specific tasks, from all roles (Field Engagement, Account Mapping Sessions, Regional Events)

Own the overall messaging to all parties -- understand and drive strategy in all meetings/communications

Own the enablement, education of program goals and plans, to all parties

Track measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution) -- communication/adjust as necessary

Coordinate and host cadence calls for individual roles

Coordinate and host cadence calls for overall internal/external teams -- with agenda, goals for each call

Remain current on the latest technologies through participation in both internal and external training.

Hosting and moderating online events (webinars, webcasts etc.)

Coordination with Business Development Operations on marketing plans/funds

Develop an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT's go-to-market strategy

Take lead role in executing against all required support services initiatives of the Partner Management Team including:

WWT Sales Enablement

Partner Business Plan

Partner Field Sales Enablement

Strategic Account Planning

Channel Manager Relationship

Marketing Strategy

Brand Awareness
